Lamnatu Adam is a development practitioner with twenty-three years of experience in gender and human rights activism in development work with a solid background and track record in gender-responsive program design and management. She has a deepened interest in the fight for social justice with a focus on community development and empowerment of marginalized populations such as women, children, the disabled, and other marginalized groups. Thus, contributing significantly to changing the narrative on gender discrimination and violence against excluded groups. Her advocacy work has earned her several awards. Lamnatu Adam is a mother, An executive Director, and holds an MSc. in Local Economic Development.
