Communications Officer

Faustina is the Communications Officer for the Network for Women's Rights in Ghana (NETRIGHT).  She has consistently worked in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments where clarity, accuracy, and strategic storytelling are essential. 

Faustina has over ten years of progressive experience in communications and extensive knowledge of media relations, advocacy, coordination, content development, and knowledge management across governance, anti-corruption, health, economic justice, and donor-funded development programmes. 

Faustina holds a master’s degree in development communications from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in communications studies with a concentration in journalism from the African University College of Communications. Faustina is an affiliate member of the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.

 

Faustina has contributed to initiatives under Bixal’s USAID West Africa CREATES Activity and has worked with Jhpiego Ghana, the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition, and various media outlets. Throughout her career, she has strategically leveraged communication to advance impactful development outcomes.

Faustina is passionate about using strategic communication as a powerful tool to amplify marginalized voices in governance advocacy and drive meaningful change by connecting evidence, storytelling, and diverse stakeholders.
